Of course you can identify high heels and my love for them but you can also have a deep view inside myself as there is a speculum opening me wide. 

Nit only is this a nice tool to keep me open but it also allows Paul and partners to ... How can I say ... Dump stuff inside. The most common would be to cum inside. That's easy. On a more creative side it allows to insert a variety of things. The larger it spreads me open the wider the selection... 

The worst up to now has been Tiger Balm placed on my inner walls or wax dropped inside creating a mold ... But to deserve such punishments meant I was a really bad, bad lady ...
